Today’s workforce is more diverse than any other time in business history. Employees come from different generations, groups, and backgrounds. Leaders are concerned with supporting such a diverse workforce. They must create goals, plans, strategies, and corporate cultures that provide opportunities and overcome challenges by leveraging employee diversity.
Leaders are not always immediately successful in creating a diverse workplace.
